Cerro de la Gloria, inside San Martín Park, offers stunning views of Mendoza and the Andes. At the summit stands the Army of the Andes Monument, a tribute to freedom and to General San Martín’s historic crossing of the Andes.
Enter General San Martín Park through Libertador Avenue and follow the paved road to the top. The ascent can be done by car, bicycle, or on foot. At the summit, there is free parking for cars and buses, restrooms, and police security.
The road to the summit offers scenic views of Mendoza city and the park’s greenery. From the top, the panoramic lookout reveals the foothills and the Andes range, a must-see spot for photographers and nature lovers.
